Dear Philatelic Dealer:

           TRIPEX STAMP FAIR 2008 will be held on Saturday June 28 and Sunday June 29 at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Hall, 1435 South 92nd Street, West Allis, Wis. Prices for 12-foot tables for this event remain $145.00 each or two for $280.

           Applications for TRIPEX STAMP FAIR 2008 should be made on the enclosed form and mailed with payment in full (checks made out to TRIPEX STAMP FAIR) to the address noted below. Application forms and payment in full must be received by the Bourse Chairman no later than May 29, 2008.

           TRIPEX STAMP FAIR 2008 will exercise reasonable care for the protection of the dealer, his or her representatives and wares. Twenty-four hour security will be provided. However, neither the officers and members of the North Shore Philatelic Society and American Topical Association, Chap. 5, nor the bourse chairman will be responsible for any losses during the show.

TRIPEX STAMP FAIR 2008 hours are Saturday June 28, 2008 - 10AM to 5PM

                                                                  Sunday June 29, 2008 - 10AM to 4PM

Your signature on the application form constitutes a contract and signifies that you have accepted TRIPEX STAMP FAIR 2008 rules and regulations and that you will abide by them. Please keep this letter and our table assignment notice (to be mailed later with the exact set-up time for June 28) for your records.
